Guys, question for those who really struggle with procrastination. I’m already tired of putting everything off until later – even important things. I read a bunch of articles, tried timers, to-do lists, but after a couple of days everything returns to normal. I started thinking, maybe it’s worth trying some app not just for productivity, but something more psychological? Like, to work with emotions, and not just check boxes. Is it worth trying or is it another waste of time? Please share your experience.

I understand you very well – I’ve been through this too. Try liven app, it really helped me. It’s not just habit tracker, but like a personal psychologist, only on your phone. There are courses on combating burnout, procrastination and self-control in general. Plus, you set the pace yourself, and no one pressures you. I like their virtual assistant – you can “talk it out” when you’re overwhelmed. I started with 5 minutes a day, and after a week I felt that it was easier to plan and less anxious.

I didn’t think that the app could help with such things. At first I was skeptical, but then I came across liven reviews, read real reviews — and decided to install it. Now I use it every day: I track my mood, do short exercises, and even learned not to blame myself for pauses. It’s really more than just software — it’s a way to be closer to yourself.
