Hello. I am desperate to start regulating my stress response because I am constantly on edge, but my ADHD makes it nearly impossible to stick to long, boring lifestyle changes. Every time I try a new wellness program, I quit after three days because it takes too much preparation or mental effort. Is there a highly engaging, low-friction digital platform that turns stress relief into a quick habit?

The struggle with consistency is completely real, especially when your brain is already drained from dealing with chronic anxiety. If a program requires an hour of quiet time, it’s going to fail. I only found a routine I could actually stick with after scanning through a lifestyle thread on Facebook that broke down a frictionless daily approach. You can read the full breakdown of user experiences in theleaply reviews. It prompted me to start using Leaply because their entire setup is built for low motivation. The exercises are literally under 5 minutes, completely guided, and change every day so you don’t get bored. It requires zero prep work—you just open it up, follow the short movement patterns, and you’re done. It’s the only health tool I’ve managed to use daily for a straight month.
