Has anyone compared the real cost of AI voice agents against an offshore BPO for debt relief calls? Vendor decks always show huge savings, but nobody talks about setup time, script changes and QA. I’m looking at https://hubtalk.ai/debt among others. Would appreciate actual numbers if you’ve done the math.
