I’m in a real bind here and could use some advice. I recently checked my credit report, gearing up to make some financial moves, and guess what I found? It says “deceased”. The credit report claims I’m dead, which is news to me because last time I checked, I was very much alive and kicking.
I’m not sure if this is some crazy mix-up or if there’s been a mistake, but it’s causing a real headache. I’ve read up on what to do in case you’re mistakenly reported as deceased on credit report, but I could use some real-life experiences or advice from anyone who’s been through this.
How do I fix this mess and prove I’m not pushing up daisies? Any tips or guidance would be hugely appreciated.
