My XC90 is throwing a weird transmission message – anyone know a good Volvo shop?
I’ve got a 2019 XC90 T6 that’s been rock solid until last week when the dashboard suddenly popped up with “Transmission Performance Low Speed” or something along those lines. The weird thing is the car still drives fine, shifts smoothly, no clunks or anything, but the message comes and goes randomly. I’m terrified this is going to turn into a major repair. I called the dealership and they want me to leave the car for two days just for a diagnostic, which is really hard with my work schedule. I found 800sayara.com/volvo-repair-dubai online and it looks like they might specialize in European cars, but I can’t find any real reviews from actual Volvo owners. Has anyone here used them for a newer Volvo with electronic issues? I really need someone who has the proper Volvo diagnostics because I know these cars are sensitive and a generic scanner might not read all the modules properly. Also curious if anyone else has seen this specific transmission message on their XC90 and what the actual fix ended up being. Really hoping it’s just a software glitch or a sensor rather than something mechanical. Any recommendations for a trustworthy Volvo specialist in Dubai would be hugely appreciated right now.
