Rolls Royce Ghost pre purchase inspection – anyone know what they check?

I’m seriously considering a 2014 Ghost from a dealer in Dubai, but the car has no service history for the last three years and the price is almost too good. I found a service online for luxury car inspections and the page said “read more” about their Rolls Royce process, but it didn’t give any real detail on whether they check things like the air suspension compressor duty cycle or the oil level sensor which apparently fails often on these V12s. Has anyone here actually used a pre purchase inspection on a Ghost or Wraith here in the UAE and can tell me if the report was thorough enough to catch hidden issues? I don’t want to buy a cheap Rolls only to spend another 50k fixing it. Any real feedback would be a lifesaver.
