    When examining the question can infrared saunas cause cancer, it is important to look at peer reviewed research. Multiple studies have found no evidence linking infrared sauna use to cancer development. In fact, some research suggests that regular sauna use may support improved cardiovascular health, reduced inflammation, and better cellular repair processes. Long term sauna cultures in countries like Finland show no increase in cancer rates related to sauna bathing, which provides additional reassurance.
