What is a nursing care plan, and who writes it?

A nursing care plan serves as a roadmap of a patient’s journey from the start to the present. A nursing care plan is drafted by the nursing staff for better understanding of a patient’s health and smooth communication between staff so they don’t have to explain everything again and again to one another. It is also a critically important legal document, as it holds the record of all care provided to the patient by the staff. This ensures that as duty changes, the patient receives high quality care and medical dosages on time as proof. These things are often studied by students in the process of becoming a nurse; also, most of the time, nursing coursework helpers make it easier for students to understand and draft their first few nursing care plans for better future understanding.
