I’ve seen many people confused about how end of service gratuity is calculated in the UAE – whether it’s based only on basic salary, whether allowances are included, and what happens if you resign vs. get terminated.

I recently came across a really useful online tool called the Gratuity Calculator UAE which makes it super easy to figure out your entitlement according to UAE labour law.

You just need to enter your salary, duration of service, and contract type, and it shows the approximate gratuity amount instantly.
