After ending a long-term relationship, my days feel like they’ve lost rhythm. I’ve been journaling but still can’t shake the sadness. I figured maybe reading a good blog about coping with life transitions could help put things into perspective. Could you recommend one that really speaks from experience?

Scrolling through old photos today, I found one from years ago outside a small Pentecostal church I visited during a road trip. I remember feeling surprisingly calm and welcome that day, something I haven’t felt in a while. Now that I’m spending time in Arizona, I’d really like to find a place like that again. Any suggestions?
